New hires receive training from existing instructors before leading classes on their own, therefore teaching experience—while an advantage—is not required.

  • Assisting with lesson plan development
  • Planning and designing activities for field trips
  • Being added to the roster of candidates for field trip chaperones, career day talks, and special event staff
